Bailey Diioia
Bailey grew up on a small avocado grove in Carpinteria. Following a successful baseball career which finished at Sacramento State he turned his focus back to agriculture. During a four month internship with cut flowers in El Salvador and Guatemala, Bailey lived with a family that had a small grove. His first professional experience with avocados came in Carpinteria where he worked with a farm manager and connected with Index Fresh. Bailey has a BA in Communications from Sacramento State University, a degree in Horticulture from American River College and is an Alumni of the California Agriculture Leadership Foundation Program.
